I know it’s hard to be humble, when you are perfect like you are!
However, if we’re honest with ourselves, everyone has 5% of character flaws that hold them back from reaching 50% of their potential. I help you be honest with yourself and, ON YOUR OWN TERMS, and with my framework of continuous improvement become the partner you want to be.
Daily, I send you a personalized podcast tailored specifically to your unique character and situation. Working month to month, we meet weekly on Zoom, where you decide on one small habit change or mindset shift you’d like to make. Using the Plan-Do-Check-Improve process (Six Sigma), we provide the framework and coaching support to ensure these new habits stick. Over time, we involve your family, helping you evolve how you work together as a team!
To make all this happen and run like clockwork, I thank the incredible team behind me. However, you will always be dealing directly with Andy Caygeon. Nobody does what we do, and we know how different “fixing the stubborn” sounds. Our process works, but if you don’t feel you got value last month, we simply don’t invoice. I always stand behind what we do!

Typically, we start by working 1:1 with an individual for a month. Only after you feel comfortable with the process and our unique philosophy do we suggest bringing it up to your family.
